Omaha Beach; Normandy

We made it to the beaches of Normandy. They are incredible. The American cemetery is truely amazing and very moving. A big thank you to our grandparents generation who truely helped to change the world.

We were going to go back to Catherines in Evrecy but we think we will instead try move on to St Mont Michelle tomorrow as the weather has been incredible.

We are both incredibly happy to be doing this trip.

I hope that the continuation of your trip will be better. My husband and me will follow you by the Blog. When our children will be older, we hope to make a trip with bicycle like you. This is the best manner to visit a country.
Good luke for the rest of your trip. Perhaps i see you the day of your return flight at Roissy CDG.

Sounds like you are having fun. I didn't see one of the greatest impressionists, Rich Little, in the photo of the sand sculptures. My grandfather served near here in WWI, would like to get there someday, He has a letter from the town mayor thanking him after the war. Anyway, stay safe.

Glad to hear you two are doing so well and really enjoying yourselves. Vanessa called and hopefully we will meet up with her tomorrow. Keep posting and being extra careful!
